Yes. That's actually a very logical improvement because it hides the limitations of desktop facets. As you add facets, it maintains its shape along with a very polished and sleek appearance. The circular desktop is very smart! But mine would be hollow.

# cyberorg Says:

hello!! fedora is a GNU/Linux OS same as openSUSE, not really the other OS.

Tsk, tsk, cyberorg. Two questions: how old are you, and how long have you been using a Linux kernel based OS? Don't make me sic RMS on you :).

Still, it is a nice effect. IMO the name does not match what it is though. When I think of a "sliced sphere", I think of an orange or tomato cut into flat slices. This is more like "spiral ribbon slices", or maybe "peeled sphere". Just my 2 cents.

Hi CyberOrg,

Just a quick question , how do you get the reverse of the window brighter ? ( see screen shot )

http://www.fedoraforum.org/gallery/showimage.php?i=4323

The backs of my windows are darker and seem to have a shadow lighting effect ( what plugin controls this ? )

Thanks
