ok i can go back to non 3d-drivers but how about the other software stuff i installed for example all this glx, aigxl, compiz, fusion, beryl and whatever.

how do you clean up such a system back into normal non-fancy mode? thanks.

im still new to this whole linux and suse stuff. what i have always been wondering with these driver stuff thing is, how do i actually uninstall these graphics drivers and x settings once i have messed up, tried the ati drivers and dont want it any more, simply want to revert back to the opensuse 11.0 clean status without accelerated drivers and all this.

oneclick install and documentation on how to install ati stuff on opensuse 10.2 and 10.3 already killed some of my testboxes or i simply didnt want to have wobbly effects and stuff on the desktop any more.

once you go to these 3d and effects x-drivers and systems and whatnot, how can you revert back to a clean and working state where you started from?

any good hints on this uninstall stuff? would really appreciate it. thanks.
